1. Will large corporations be even more favored now in terms of tax breaks, etc.
2. Will gov’t assume de facto financial interest in businesses big and small?
3. After complete institution of the plan, which candidate is the best pick to administer it? Seems to me that this bailout throws a whole new light upon the [...]

Do you trust Bush’s Decision on the Wall Street Bailout? ?

Icon Written by admin on January 14, 2009 – 1:51 am

While the argument that a bailout is needed is compelling, Bush bankrupted at least 2 companies before becoming president, and put America in deeper debt than we’ve ever seen before.
Knowing this, do you trust his current assertation that congress needs to bailout wall street, no questions asked?
President George W. Bush is not trustworthy.
There [...]

If one looks at the proposal the Bush Administration sent to Congress, some provisions see to be unethical. See for yourself and decide!

Yea, most of the whole proposal should be used as toliet paper. Notice how the Repubs and the Dems are both going to approve this no questions asked? How can any [...]

US Senate now putting lipstick on Bush/Paulson’s $700billion Wall Street/NYC taxpayer bailout/hand-out?

Icon Written by admin on January 14, 2009 – 1:51 am

The US Senate is trying to steam-roll the American public by disguising the Bush/Paulson $700billion Wall Street/NYC payout/bail-out/hand-out by tacking on non-related items – which the inept Henry Reed led Senate should pass independently and separately of the proposed predatory lenders’ hand-out of tax-payer money.
The heroes of the middle-class and American worker are those in [...]

What riders are attempting to be attached to the bailout bill? Are they the actual holdup on agreement?

Icon Written by admin on January 11, 2009 – 2:24 am

Most urgent bills have unrelated riders attached. Where can we learn what riders will be on any bailout legislation?
The actual hold up on this barbaric rape of the American people is that the American people refuse to go silently into that long night of poverty and virtual slavery just to bail out the mega-wealthy [...]

Does the Bailout bill contain stockholder protections?

Icon Written by admin on January 11, 2009 – 2:24 am

For the last 8 years we have seen incremental policy shifts that have pushed power to set corporate policy from the stockholders to the Corporate Managers. Thus setting us on course to this meltdown. We seem to have spawned a whole new Mangerial Class that feels they are free of ethical constraints and [...]
